Lex Yardley

My journey started on the soccer field at age four and took me all the way to England to pursue the sport I loved. But after another knee injury brought me back to Arizona for surgery, I became driven to understand why joint injuries are so common—especially in competitive female athletes. That question launched my passion for strength training, mobility, and functional fitness as tools for long-term health and performance.


Since earning my CPT, I’ve worked with everyone from sport-specific athletes to beginners finding their footing in the gym, to women breaking the “don’t lift heavy” myth, and professionals building sustainable routines. I tailor each program to your unique goals, lifestyle, and abilities—because no two people are the same.


Clear communication is central to my coaching. Through regular check-ins and feedback, I evolve your training as you grow—whether you’re chasing a PR, rebuilding strength after injury, or just looking to feel good in your body.


Outside the gym, I’m all about joyful movement. You’ll find me snowboarding in the mountains, checking out local coffee spots, or laughing my way through a game of pickleball (still figuring out that scoring system).
