Kristen Lucek, Wicked Fit's Owner, will contact you to set up an appointment at the gym or over Zoom. In this casual 1-on-1 session, you will discuss:
 

  • Your specific training goals and intentions

  • Any injuries and/or limitations within your body

  • Your availability (days and times)
     

This is a great opportunity for you and Kristen to connect and get to know each other better! This way, she can match you with the coach that best suits your needs and make sure it's a great “fit”!
