When you join us, you will receive full support from the coaching staff in your workouts as well as any nutrition support! This challenge includes a FULL meal plan, recipe guide AND grocery shopping lists for ALL 6 weeks. You will also have unlimited access to Wicked Fit classes!  


Our classes range from Strength and Conditioning to Barre class. We also have functional flow classes  (mobility work, stretching and breathing) as well as Strength and Mobility and Total Body Conditioning! Our types of classes benefit ALL parts of your mind and

AN IMMUNE BOOSTING WORKSHOP

Join Clinical Herbalist, Angelina Keselburg and Hollie Joseph, Plant-Based Chef & Reiki Master!

During this essential Fall workshop, you will learn about supporting your immune system by using food as medicine, natural herbal remedies, massage techniques and acupressure to stay healthy during the cold + flu season.

Herbalist, Angelina Keselburg, will be sharing immune boosting herbal tonics and remedies to help you stay healthy, as well as heal from acute cold and flu symptoms. She will demonstrate how to make Fire Cider, a folk herbal remedy that can be made with ingredients from your local grocery store!

Fire Cider is a warming, decongesting tonic that can be taken daily to aid digestion, warm the system and clear the sinuses. It can also be taken in concentrated dosages for sore throats, colds and flu. She will have 

Fire Cider and other herbal remedies available for you to purchase and take home along with free recipes so you can tap into your inner kitchen witch.

Chef Hollie Joseph will share her knowledge on how to boost your immune system through mindful nutrition and easy preparation techniques to support your body and strengthen your immunity.

During our event, “Fall into Wellness; An Immune-Boosting Workshop” Chef Hollie will show you how to make a simple immune-boosting broth and give you tips & tricks to support your body as we transition into the colder months.

Chef Hollie will also have kits available for sale to make your own immune-boosting broth at home.

Long time Wicked Fit OG member Leslie Kilpatrick served as her beloved mother Mimi Mitchell's guardian for over a decade through the long ravages of Alzheimer's disease. It is a brutal and lonely journey.

 

Alzheimer's San Diego provides 100% FREE services including respite care, counseling and support to San Diego families facing this heartache.

 

Team Mimi's Marchers has raised nearly $65,000 in recent years by joining together annually in a fun kid- and dog-friendly walk through Balboa Park to raise money, awareness and show some love to the dementia community.

Join Coach Geoff Almstead and Owner Kristen Lucek for a workout on the sand in Ocean Beach on October 22nd at 12pm!

 

Let's all get out of South Park and head to the beach for a fun, challenging oceanfront workout!

 

This event is FREE and welcome to anyone - bring your bro, bestie, boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, hubby, friends, whomever! 

 

Bring a water bottle and towel and let's get sweaty in the sand. This workout will incorporate resistant bands and your own body weight.  

 

After the workout you can either make it a beach day or come and join us for some drinks and food at Wonderland right in OB.

Lauren is so excited to get the hiking season jump started, and hopes you will join her on this local walk of our beautiful city!

Whether you call it "walking" or "urban hiking," this easy 5.5-mile loop packs in some of San Diego's best sights, including Balboa Park and the charming neighborhoods of Hillcrest, North Park, and Banker's Hill. The terrain is flat and easily accessible to bikes, strollers, and kids (with only a handful of stairs thrown in). If we want to take a break or two, we'll be passing a plethora of coffee shops, eateries, and watering holes along the way, as well as several museums and everything else Balboa Park has to offer.

Notes: 

  • Please arrive by 7:50am for an 8am departure.

  • This walk should take about 2 hours, we will return to the same spot we started at.

  • Bring comfortable walking shoes, a hat, and plenty of water.
