Come join us for a late afternoon of connection, talks and demonstrations focused on ways you can incorporate gut healthy habits into your daily life.
What to expect: Sip on a gut-healthy craft mocktail and enjoy some small bites while experiencing the talks and demonstrations listed below. The event will go from 2pm-4pm and we will be available to connect and answer any questions you may have afterwards.

Please arrive by 7:50am for an 8am departure.
This walk should take about 2 hours, we will return to the same spot we started at.
Bring comfortable walking shoes, a hat, and plenty of water.
