Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life, starting as a group fitness instructor in college, where I discovered the power of community and the impact of challenging workouts. Today, I’m thrilled to be combining my background in physical therapy with my love for the gym setting, creating an environment where I can help others not only achieve their fitness goals but also recover and move better.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified in the Barbell Rehab Method, I believe in the philosophy that “movement is medicine.” My training style is centered around building mobility, confidence, and strength—especially through heavy lifting and functional movement.

I’m passionate about helping individuals prevent injuries, recover from setbacks, and build long-term strength. I offer personalized rehab and recovery sessions designed to get you back to doing what you love, pain-free. I played both soccer and basketball, so I know firsthand how devastating injuries can be. That’s why I’m a firm believer that movement isn’t just part of the recovery process—it is the recovery.

Outside of the gym, I love going to concerts, traveling—especially to the East Coast to see my family, and checking out a new coffee shop.
