STRENGTH

 

Bringing more strength and weight into the studio! Unleash your power in this class that alternates weight training with bodyweight resistance to keep you challenged! A signature Wicked Fit class.

ONE MORE REP

 

Challenge yourself with a quicker paced class, focusing on higher reps and a variation of workout styles. Classes will combine bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, dumbbells and resistance bands. A signature Wicked Fit class. 

HEALTHY

HUSTLE

 

This class is designed to help your body become more mobile, while simultaneously strengthening your body. It will rehabilitate the range of motion within your joints so you finish feeling rejuvenated and more connected to your body.

OPEN GYM

MON & THU 10AM-1PM

 

Starts March 6, 2023! Open Gym at Wicked Fit offers an opportunity for you to still find movement if you miss a class. You are able to either follow the workout of the day, OR come in and do your own workout. Either way, there is a Wicked Fit coach on the floor to help assist you with form and answer any question you may have.

Dynamic and challenging, this class synchronizes breath and builds strength through continuous flow-style movement. Don't feel like lifting weights, but want to move your body with intention? This class is for you. Gently heated.

BARRE

 

Our signature barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long and lean physique. It is also fun to step out of your comfort zone and try a new class!
