STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This class is designed to get you strong AF. At Wicked Fit, you will get amazing programming that will make your whole body stronger! In this class you will barbell squat one day and do pulls ups the next. Our Coaches program these classes so that you will see progression in strength and endurance. We pride ourselves on technique and form and never over training a specific body part. It is always good form over high reps in this class. Coaches will utilize barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements.
TBC (TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING)
If you are looking for a total body class where coaches at Wicked Fit incorporate all sorts of styles of training, this is for you! These classes include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and AMRAP’s, combining all different types of movements to challenge your body! Coaches utilize kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX’s, jump ropes, slam balls, battle ropes, resistance bands and so much more! Every coach makes it different so you will never be bored or come to the same workout twice!
This class is designed to help your body become more mobile, while simultaneously strengthening your entire body. Everyone can spend a little more time stretching and foam rolling. So that is exactly what you do in this class! Training both strength and mobility will rehabilitate the range of motion within your joints while you are working out, so you finish feeling rejuvenated and more connected to your body. This class will also teach you how to prevent injury, reduce pain and restore your range of motion.
Our signature barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long and lean physique. It is also fun to step out of your comfort zone and try a new class!
This class is a deeply restorative practice focusing on longer holds and total body stretches. It is the ultimate in slowing down. Not only do we stretch, but the foam roller is also incorporated into this class. This class is ideal for all people, including those dealing with injuries. All levels and beginner friendly.
Our workouts are challenging at Wicked Fit, but awesome all at the same time. The truth is you can NOT get any stronger if you lack mobility in your joints or muscles or are unable to do functional exercises like pushups, squats and lunges. Being consistent with mobility work means less injuries and increased range of motion! This class combines mobility flows that focus on balance, breath work and opening the shoulders, hips and spine. Come and get your stretch on!
