WICKED FIT CLASSES!
MON & THU 10AM-1PM
Starts March 6, 2023! Open Gym at Wicked Fit offers an opportunity for you to still find movement if you miss a class. You are able to either follow the workout of the day, OR come in and do your own workout. Either way, there is a Wicked Fit coach on the floor to help assist you with form and answer any question you may have.
Our signature barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long and lean physique. It is also fun to step out of your comfort zone and try a new class!
